Pink to make the boys wink

Monday, 11 August 2014
Hello!
oh my god.. I haven't blogged in so long :( I've been so busy lately but from now on I am back to blogging on a regular basis! So today I pushed the boat out and went to a corn field for these photos. It wasn't as sunny as I had hoped but hey that's England for you haha.

Top- Missguided (£14.99)
Shorts- Missguided (£12.99)
Cardigan- Primark (£14.00)
Sandals- Matalan

So this is definitely my favourite co-ord! I seem to have gone from never wearing pink to it featuring ALOT this summer! I admired this co-ord for weeks and then the shorts went into the sale and I just had to buy it there and then! The shorts are literally soooo comfy and look just as good with a white vest for more of a casual look. Here I decided to dress the co-ord up with white sandals and clutch bag and a long cardigan.

Also, just wanted to mention that the last picture was taken by my friend Megan. We had an evening of taking photos and finding nice locations the other night haha.

Let me know what you think of this outfit and send me some links to other co-ords! I'm a little obsessed haha.
Lots of Love,

I love you Primark.

Tuesday, 15 July 2014
Hello lovelies! This post is dedicated to my love for Primark! This outfit is pretty much all Primark (barring the crop and jellies). I just can't get enough of it at the moment.

(Sorry about this cheesy photo. I was having fun with bubbles but the photos didn't come out great haha)

As you have probably noticed, I've dyed my hair AGAIN. I tried the whole blonde thing but who was I kidding? Defo prefer the dark side haha. What am I like hey? Anyhoo, on to the outfit. I brought all these pieces pretty recently as I loved them all too much not to buy. My favourite of all, from Primark, is by far the kimono. I had to buy it in a medium because they didn't have any other sizes, but I just couldn't let it go. I think it looks okay though, just a bit oversized! The shorts are also Primark; they are soooo comfy and I think they look more like something you would buy from Topshop. I love the high waist and rips. The accessories (bag, necklace and headband) again were all Primark. I love the pastel tones in them all and think they are all perfect for summer. The top was from River Island and the Jellies are JuJu.

I hope you like my bargain outfit, please let me know what you think and what bargains you've got yourselves. Please don't forget to follow :)

Lots of Love,

Festival vibes.

Tuesday, 1 July 2014
Hello everyone! So we're now in July.. How crazy is that! I love it though, because we are getting stuck into summer and we are having some really lovely sunny days! So today is a post dedicated festivals. I'm getting the festival fever! Is anyone else?

Headpiece- Claires
Shoes- Newlook
Dress-Primark
Socks- Topshop

So I built this look around a pretty headpiece. I LOVE this headpiece! It makes me feel a bit like a Arabian princess haha. Its so prefect for festivals and so pretty. I didn't expect to buy this actually, but I took my sister into Claires Accessories this week to buy some rainbow bands (which seem to have taken the world by storm) and saw it on the off chance. My sister also got a turquoise headpiece which I think I might have to borrow/steal haha.

I teamed my headpiece with my bargain dress! This pretty little dress was £5 from Primark and I definitely felt this channelled the festival look. It's just such an easy thing to wear! I decided to wear my mums old choker to accessorise this look, which I've kinda fallen in love with and some socks and sandals.. why not hey!

I hope you all like the way I've styled my festival look. Please give me some feedback and let me know your go-to festival pieces.

Lots of love, Jade x

P.S. if you don't already, please give me a follow on here or on bloglovin. I will follow you all back :) xx

Skort-ing my blogging out.

Wednesday, 30 April 2014
Hello guys! So again I have to apologise for my lack of blogging; I have had so much uni work lately, which is not fun! I did however manage to pop into town the other day and picked up a couple of skorts (do you call them a pair of skorts or a skort? tricky!).

This skort is one of my favourite pieces at the moment! I love the pretty pastel colours that are mixed with bold black lines and patterns. Also, the background colour is white, which is my favourite colour of clothing for spring/summer 2014. In these photos I decided to team the skort with a simple black bodysuit and black heels, just to show the beauty of the skort. However I will definitely be wearing this skort in the day-time when the weather warms up and I think it will look amazing with a thing pastel jumper or a simple white or blue cami (possibly the one shown in my previous post). I have also included a photo of my favourite Zara clutch (sorry about the terrible quality), which I think looks amazing with this skort; it really picks out the bright green pattern and I like the slight clash.

I'd love some more ideas of what to wear with this skort, please leave me a comment and tell me how you'd wear it!

Statement trousers.

Thursday, 10 April 2014
Hello everyone! So, I'm really liking statement trousers at the moment; trousers which are a bit 'out of the ordinary' and can be dressed up or down! A high-waist is normally something I look for in trousers as I feel this compliments my figure more than low-rise. So this week, I decided to go on a search for the perfect trousers..

I went to Westfield this week with my boyfriend and my friend; I decided this would definitely be the place to look for the perfect pair of trousers. We arrived late in the day and therefore I only had a few hours to shop. Lets just say I looked like a crazy lady with a shopping addiction (probably accurate haha)! I rushed around, visiting as many shops as possible and found myself in River Island. There, on a central rail were these beautiful blue trousers. I decided they definitely fitted the bill and snapped them up!

I LOVE the colour of these trousers and the bold floral pattern. They are just so summery and as it is shown in the pictures, they can be worn with a simply top for a pretty day-time look but also could easily be dressed up for a night out paired with a silky black cami and black courts. When it comes to jewellery that could be worn with these trousers, a soft pink necklace would go perfectly due to this shade appearing in the middle of the flowers on the trousers.

These trousers can be found here: River Island (£32.00)
The top is also from River Island and is a must-have for your ss14 wardrobe in my opinion.
