Leather Love.

Wednesday, 25 February 2015

Skirt: H&M
Jumper: Charity Shop
Boots: River Island (Similar here)
Coat: Primark

Hello lovelies!
When it comes to skirts, I'm a sucker for a leather one! So when I saw this beaut in H&M you can imagine my excitement! I just love how classic a leather skirt is and how you can throw on a jumper with it for a sassy Autumn/Winter look but can just as easily team it with a bralet for a super cool outfit for a night out!

I feel this skirt has a sorta Kim K/ Balmain vibe.. and I mean, who doesn't want a bit of Kim in their outfit!

I've teamed it here with my grey Mac which was a steal from Primark! I can't wait till it warms up; I feel this mac with feature a lot then.

Let me know what you think of this outfit! Are you a leather lover?
Love Jade xx

Skirt: Neon Rose
Coat: Dorothy Perkins
Boots: Clarks
Top: Newlook
Watch: Michael Kors
Sunglasses: Whistles (Similar here)

Hello my lovelies! Hope you are all well :) So I went a little cray cray shopping in Colchester the other day and thought I'd blog one of my fav pieces- the eye skirt.

Now I say I went crazy, but most of the things I got were in the sale so that okay right? (trying to persuade myself). Anyway this skirt I just thought was soo cute and could easily be worn quite casually like I have worn it here but would also look cool with a black crop and some heels for a night out. I might do another post showing it dressed up.. we'll see.

Here I decided to team it with my trusty black roll-neck and some black tights and boots. I also decided I needed a coat as although it was sunny, it was freeeezing. This grey one was from Dorothy Perkins in the sale and no joke, it is one of the softest things i've ever felt!

So I told you guys I chopped my hair a couple of weeks ago and I feel I can now say I've finally accepted it haha, I have tried to go for the whole cool beachy waves thing (tried being the optimum word) as I was inspired by ViviannaDoesMakeup's tutorial that she uploaded on sunday. I'd defo advise you take a little look if you are looking to achieve that sort of look.

Anyway, I must go. Keep a look out as I will be blogging some more of my sale buys soon.
Lots of love,
Jade xxx

Fifty shades of camel

 Jumper-dress: H&M
Coat: Topshop (similar here)
Boots: Clarks

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a good week so far. Just a quick post today as I've soon got to rush out the door to uni!

Today's post features one of my favourite colours for winter- camel. So I called the post 'Fifty shades of camel' and there's actually only 2.. but you see what I was trying to do there haha.
I picked this jumper up last week from H&M and managed to get 20% off as it was a student discount day; who doesn't love a bargain! It is just the easiest thing to throw on and still look stylish whilst staying lovely and warm!

I've teamed it here with my favourite coat and my new pointed ankle boots (again in the sale)! I've also tried to rock the hair tuck.. not sure whether I've pulled it off haha.

Let me know what you think of camel and what bargains you've picked up recently.
Lots of love, Jade xxx

Shoes- Topshop
Coat- Mango (Similar here)
Watch and Bag- Michael Kors

Hello Lovelies!
Today's outfit is a really casual outfit that I have worn a lot lately! I wouldn't generally say I'm a baggy t-shirt/trainers kinda girl, but this t-shirt has changed my outlook haha. Don't get me wrong, I still love to glam up but when I brought this t-shirt I loved how easy it was to throw it on and look casual but still quite stylish.

I've teamed it here with my trusty black Joni jeans and a pair of croc print plimsolls (which don't often get an outing if I'm honest) and my all time favourite accessories: Michael Kors and a red lip.

Also something major happened the other day (if you haven't already noticed).. I cut my hair! This is a very major thing for me as I haven't had it this short since I was about 15 haha. So its taking me some time to get used to it. Let me know what you think :)

Hope you like this casual look. Lots of Love,
Jade xxx

Elegant Touch Review.

Friday, 23 January 2015

Hello Lovelies! Today's post is a beauty post on one of my new favourite brands- Elegant Touch. This is a brand I'd seen a few times but never tried until this Christmas. Now I know what you're thinking.. here's some more fake nails that will ping off the minute I move. If I'm honest I thought the same, as every brand of false nails I'd tried before lasted a day if that. But these honestly last for ages!

When I was Christmas shopping in December a girl who served me had the Christmas nails on. She raved about them and said they last for over a week and don't chip. So I popped them on my Christmas list. And these are the nails I got (I also got the Christmas ones).

I can definitely say that these are the best false nails I've tried. The blue ones (here) are my favourite and I got so many compliments on these from people who thought they were acrylics. I put the blue ones on, on NYE and they stayed on until like the 14th with me only needing to re-glue 1 in that time. I've now got the shiny long grey ones on and they are holding up well too.

My only criticism is that the grey mattes lost their matte-ness over time and looked a bit tatty, but the shiny ones are defo a winner! Also I'd advise buying the glue separately as that is meant to hold the nails on longer than the adhesive tabs.

So girlies, when you've next got a special occasion or just fancy some pretty nails, I'd definitely recommend Elegant Touch. To check out their site click here
Lots of Love,
Jade xx

Monochrome Love.

Saturday, 10 January 2015

Shirt: River Island
Jeans: River Island
Shoes: Next (sold out). Alternative here
Bag: New look.. Similar here

Hello my dears! Hope you are all well! Today's post shows my true love.. monochrome! As much as I love colours, I just tend to be drawn to whites/blacks/greys when shopping as I think these colours are really versatile and chic at the same time!

I went shopping yesterday and had a River Island voucher so hit that up first. Now I must say that River Island is killing it at the moment! I literally could have spent hundreds of pounds, however I managed to cut it down to this shirt and a casj grey t-shirt (with some difficulty). I knew I had to have this shirt the minute I walked into the shop! If I could pick one item of clothing to describe my style it would be a shirt like this; I just love how a shirt can be really girly and pretty but also brings a bit of masculine chic into the equation with the collar!

I've paired this with some leather-look jeans which are also from River Island and my fav snakeskin pumps!  A berry lip and bag and I was good to go!

So I hope you like this look! Let me know your fav colours for winter and which item of clothing describes you best! Lots of love,
Jade xxx
